Owner Provides Translator
In some cases, a translator may be required, please provide this service. I am your architech's or engineer's best ally in the construction and design of your project. Pre-construction renderings in color or black and white, additions, face-lifts, remodel or New Construction for Residential or Commercial. Small or Large.Interior Remodel brings new life to business....just watch !
First : We agree on fees via a contract. Retainer fee will be required.
Second : I produce drawings reflecting your wishes.
Third : I consult with your architect to produce the final working drawings (blue prints). All fees must be paid prior to release of drawings to architect or agent.
Normal fees are based on hours spent per day, week.

From this stage, I meet with your local architect and discuss possible construction methods.
